Is it safe to buy over
the Internet?
Isn't that the million dollar
question! The answer is yes. Any online merchant that uses the leading encryption
technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer personal information over the
Internet offers a safe, risk-free transfer of information from customer to online
merchant. We at Jones Street have invested in SSL technology to process our customers'
credit card payments with the highest security available on the Internet today.

We do not share our information with anyone for any reason.

Street accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How can I customize my
Liftline Apparel?
"Customize" means that you select garment features that best suits your
personality or the personality of someone for whom you are buying. Logo or no logo, it's
up to you. If you like one of our logos, you then choose which logo color you prefer, and
finally, decide where the logo should appear on the garment. We batch process our orders
weekly, so it does take a few days, but you get exactly what you want. If you don't like
it, we'll take it back. All our items are completely refundable - no questions asked!
We'll even pay for the postage to get it back to us. Simply fill out our online Jones Street Return Form and we'll respond to you promptly
with further instructions.
When will I receive my orders?
As soon as your order is complete, we use either UPS or USPS to get your order to you
promptly.
Orders for apparel items will arrive within 7-10 days. Vintage prints will arrive
within 15 days.
What are the shipping charges?
All orders will have a fixed shipping charge of $3.00.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is all that matters on Jones Street. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us for a full credit or exchange. Simply
fill out our online Jones Street Return Form. After you
complete the return form, we will send you free postage in the mail (continental US only).
Once you receive the postage, stick the postage on the package and drop it into any
mailbox or at the nearest post office. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will
credit your credit card.
Do the vintage prints have a
mat option? In other words, can we request an image to be matted?
No, given the size of our prints (3 feet x 5 feet) we cannot offer a mat option. However,
in certain instances, you will notice a mat "look/feel" has already been
incorporated into the print.
Can I order different frames
for my vintage print?
We'll try to work with any special request you may have. All our prints use the same black
2 1/8 inch frame, which looks great. Black is the most sought after frame color for
vintage prints, so we are confident that you'll like it. We can however accommodate other
solid color frames at your request. Simply e-mail us your request at sales@jonesstreet.com, and we'll send you an email
that includes a sample image of what it will look like.
Are these the original prints
that your artist(s) designed?
Yes, these are original Jones Street Vintage Gallery designs. These high-quality, unique
prints are guaranteed to never fade, or lose pigmentation over the life of the print.
