Matt Frazier: Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Matt Frazier has over twenty years of experience in real estate, private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jones Street. In this role, Matt is responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth, including strategic planning, fundraising, deal sourcing, and the growth of the Jones Street team. Prior to forming Jones Street, Matt served as the Vice President of Investments and Capital Markets at Taymil Partners, a multifamily owner and operator active in New England. Previously, Matt was a Vice President at Banc Boston Capital, the private equity and venture capital arm of Fleet Bank (later, Bank of America).

Matt received a B.A. in Media Studies with a concentration in Philosophy with Honors and Distinction from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University.

Matt Ranalli: Cofounder / Chief Investment Officer
Matt Ranalli has over seventeen years of experience in real estate, private equity, and corporate finance and is the Cofounder and Chief Investment Officer of Jones Street. Matt oversees Jones Street’s investment strategies, deal sourcing, and acquisition execution. Prior to Jones Street, Matt was a Principal at Sienna Capital Partners, a real estate-focused investment bank, and an Acquisitions Officer at The Milestone Group, a publicly-traded multifamily REIT. Matt also worked in M&A at VF Corporation and started his career in the private equity and venture capital practice at General Electric (GE) Capital.

Matt received a B.S. in Finance and International Business with Distinction from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree from Harvard University.

Ami Fatula: Chief Financial Officer
Ami Fatula has over sixteen years of experience in real estate finance and accounting. As the Chief Financial Officer, Ami oversees all aspects of the company’s finances. In this role, Ami is responsible for all accounting, taxes, financial and corporate reporting for both investment management and property operations.

Ami’s background allows her to leverage significant experience in multifamily assets, real estate transactions, private and public company reporting, investor relations, and process improvement. Prior to joining Jones Street, Ami had served as the CFO for Corcoran Management Company and Northland Investment Corporation, overseeing accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and technology. Ami also worked for AEW Capital Management as Vice President and Controller of their opportunistic private equity real estate funds and began her career specializing in real estate as an audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

Ami received a B.S. from Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts.

David Nevins: Chief Operating Officer
Dave Nevins has over fifteen years of experience in real estate and property management. As Chief Operating Officer, Dave is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s property management platform, including marketing, facilities and project management, and revenue management. Dave is able to leverage his vast experience managing various asset classes and management teams to enhance value for Jones Street’s managed properties and investor network.

Prior to joining Jones Street, Dave was the Director of Real Estate Services for the New England Region at The RMR Group, a publicly traded asset management company, where he was responsible for the management and leasing of over six million square feet of commercial space. Prior to that, Dave was Vice President of Property Management at The Hamilton Company, where he was responsible for the management of over 5,000 multifamily units and two million square feet of commercial space.

Dave received a B.A. in Political Science from University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson.

Patrick Sullivan: Head of Investor Relations
Patrick Sullivan has fifteen years of experience in financial services, working in both sales and business development. As the Head of Investor Relations, Patrick is responsible for cultivating and expanding the investor base for Jones Street while overseeing firm matters relating to investor communications and reporting.

Prior to joining Jones Street, Patrick oversaw marketing at an emerging long/short equity hedge fund in Boston. He previously worked in an array of senior sales positions at Gerson Lehrman Group, a leading global information services firm, helping the world’s top investment professionals and management consultants in their diligence and learning efforts. Patrick started his career as an Investment Associate at UBS Financial Services.

Patrick received a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
